Best Shopping Destinations on 30A
In South Walton, you will discover vibrant beach towns with plenty of shopping on 30A.
You will find everything from chic boutiques to local artisan shops.
Stroll through Rosemary Beach or shop in Alys Beach for a luxurious experience. Explore WaterColor for fashionable and handmade items or Seaside for local crafts, trendy clothing, and fun souvenirs.
Explore the bohemian vibe of Grayton Beach with great shopping and dining options.
No matter where you go, you won’t be disappointed.
Seaside Town Center
I really enjoy shopping in 30A, and one of my favorite places to go is the Seaside Town Center. It’s located right across from Seaside Beach and is the main retail hub of the area. There are over twenty shops here, all with their unique items.
Mercantile is a southern jewel with various stylish apparel and accessories with a distinctive Texas charm. I felt the Texas vibe the minute I walked in. From giant scented candles to embroidered sundresses, there’s much to love here.
Other popular shops are the SEASIDE stores. They add a taste of coastal elegance to the retail landscape. The SEASIDE stores are so popular that when we went to shop, we had to wait in line to enter as an effort to control the crowds.
The SEASIDE Yacht Club is a haven for sailing enthusiasts. Think stylish nautical apparel, accessories, and other maritime essentials that bear the luxurious touch of the yachting lifestyle.
Next is The SEASIDE Style for Kids, a whimsical wonderland filled with toys, clothing, and accessories for the little ones. This store puts a whole new spin on children’s shopping, offering fun, educational, and high-quality products that the kids will adore.
Cabana by The SEASIDE Style is a treasure trove for shoppers looking for the relaxed beach vibe of 30A. Showcasing a collection of resort wear, swimwear, and accessories, this store effortlessly blends comfort with style, making it the perfect pit stop for your upscale beach vacation wardrobe.
You won’t want to miss other stores here, including Central Square Records and Sundog Books. Although they share a building, they are different stores. I enjoyed looking through the books while my husband enjoyed flipping through the records.

Last but not least, you have to visit Modica Market. You may remember it as a setting in the movie, The Truman Show, filmed right here in Seaside.

Among the fabulous stores, you will love The Zoo Gallery’s remarkable works of art from local and regional artists.
No trip to Uptown Grayton would be complete without visiting Ike’s Beach Life for everything beach-related.
Finally, take home the laid-back, coastal charm of Grayton Beach when you visit Magnolia Gray Interiors for stylish home décor.
After shopping, relax at Grayton Corner Café & Wine Shop. This local favorite offers a carefully curated selection of wines and gourmet bites.
Gulf Place
Gulf Place is a premier destination for shopping experiences on 30A at the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. You will find a blend of retail spaces, nightlife, and beachside living for an ambiance unlike any other.
There’s something for everyone, from trendy clothing and jewelry boutiques to art galleries and surf shops.
You will love Coastal Paradise for all your beach needs and 30A souvenirs.
Greenway Station
Although Greenway Station is a recent addition to 30A in Seagrove, I’ve already found myself drawn to the delightful shops that are already established. This shopping center is in the same parking lot as one of 30A’s new hotels, The Lodge 30A.
Greenway Station has well-known shops like Free People and Southern Tide. But there are also local shops like YOLO Board and Bike, Naples Soap Co., selling luxury bath products, and Coast Hippie, selling family beach apparel.
One of my favorite stores in Greenway Station is Linen & Sand, an adorable home and beach accessories store. They sell everything from casual attire to fun knick-knacks for the home.
Stop at The Salty Butcher next door to grab a sandwich, a charcuterie board, or a bottle of wine. A second location of Canopy Road Cafe will also be opening here soon.
30Avenue
30Avenue in Inlet Beach is an upscale shopping experience on 30A. It’s a beautiful center with palm trees, fountains, and a grassy area for kids to run around.
You will find stores like Becasa, a women’s clothing boutique unique to Florida. You must stop in 30A Olive Oil Co. This charming shop sells flavored extra virgin olive oils, grazing boxes, and charcuterie boards perfect for the beach.
Besides shops, some great restaurants here include Goatfeathers Seafood Market, Amigos 30A Mexican Kitchen, Aja 30A Asian Cuisine, Amici Italian Kitchen, and Canopy Road. Anyone of them would be great to take a break while enjoying some of the best shopping on 30A.
Rosemary Beach Shopping
Rosemary Beach has some of the most upscale shops on 30A. It isn’t uncommon to pop in and see blouses for over $400. If that’s for you, more power to you. I’m not there yet!
However, a few shops here won’t give you sticker shock.
For all your fun 30A gear, head to the 30A Store at the Amavida Coffee Shop in Rosemary Beach. You can find T-shirts and Beach Happy clothes for the whole family. There is a complete 30A Store in Seagrove Plaza by Seagrove Beach if you don’t find what you want here.
Hissyfits Boutique is a vibrant store with a coastal collection of both clothing and accessories. Its flagship store is in Alabama, with this store on 30A being its second sister store. They sell the cutest stuff in all price ranges.
Step into the world of Pish Posh Patchouli’s, an enchanting apothecary boutique. This is a great place to go to enhance your self-care routine or find unique gifts for your loved ones.
Rosemary Beach Trading Company is the go-to shop for classy Rosemary Beach logo items. The quaint shop has a great mix of decor items, gifts, and apparel. You must check out their exclusive line of Rosemary Beach candles while you are there.
Rosemary Beach Shops for Kids
The Hidden Lantern Bookstore is a lovely independent bookstore with a fantastic children’s selection.
Just a bit away, you will find another children’s store called Gigi’s Fabulous Kids, with an incredible collection of kids’ clothing. They have the neatest bags too!
Finally, all kids, big and small, will love The Sugar Shak with every type of novelty candy you can imagine.

The Big Chill

Destin Commons is a premier destination for some of the best 30A shopping. With over 85 vibrant stores and restaurants, it offers a delightful afternoon in 30A. We stopped here on our road trip from Texas to Florida to pick up some beach essentials before getting to Seaside.
Destin Commons is a prime example of the ideal shopping and dining destination on 30A. The site is the perfect beachside location to indulge in retail therapy and enjoy a delicious meal.
From Bass Pro Shop‘s giant outdoor adventure store to the Southern Living Store celebrating all things Southern, you will have plenty of shops to keep your attention and pocketbook busy.
In addition to shopping, there are fun murals with which to snap Instagram-worthy photos, an IMAX theater, a bowling alley, a splash pad, and so many more things to discover.
So, take a break from the sandy shores of the Emerald Coast and dip into this beautiful retail and food haven.
30A Outlet Shopping
Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a premier shopping destination tucked away in the heart of Miramar Beach, Florida.
