About the Blog’s Name
I’m so excited to share more about how my travel blog, He Works So I Travel, came to be.
As an avid traveler and lover of adventure, starting this blog has been a dream come true. The name He Works So I Travel has a fun backstory that I can’t wait to share with you all.
You see, my husband is a football coach in Texas, which means he works constantly. After our kids grew up and left the nest, I suddenly had lots of free time while my husband was busy coaching.
I would spend hours researching and planning our next big vacation to fill my days. I was obsessed!
After a few months of brainstorming blog names, I landed on He Works So I Travel. It was catchy, easy to remember, and passed the mom test (yes, I called my mom to make sure she could easily look it up online).
And there you have it, the origin story of this passion project of mine.
I hope through my writing and photos, I can take you along on all my marvellous travels. Whether it’s a weekend road trip or a far-flung adventure, I can’t wait to share it all with you. Welcome aboard!
