Most recently, many new rentals have come on the market on or around Eleventh Street. Eleventh St. is a long thoroughfare that runs parallel to the beach. Vacation rentals in this area are near shops, restaurants, and the beach.
These rentals tend to be newly renovated or newly built after many were affected after Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast.
This is a popular area for vacation rental homes. Many people who rent in this area also rent golf carts to travel to the beach and around town.
Because there are so many rental properties on the island, many vacation rentals in Port Aransas are maintained by management companies.

There are several management companies with offices in Port Aransas. I recommend renting from a local Port Aransas property management agency for the best service during your stay.
When you search for your perfect vacation rental in Port Aransas, I would suggest looking for a rental with a golf cart included in the price. Golf cart rentals in Port Aransas start at $150 per day, so finding a rental house that includes one can be a money-saver.
You can also search for Port Aransas rentals with a private pool if that is important to you.
If mobility is an issue, there are even homes that include elevators.

I can personally recommend the Chic Shack. This four-bedroom, three-bath home is in a perfect location, close to town and close to the beach. The heated pool and outdoor space offer a great place to hang out and enjoy the evenings. The house is spacious and clean.

Cinnamon Shore Home Rentals
Another community I recommend is Cinnamon Shore.
I love staying in the Cinnamon Shore communities. Cinnamon Shore has prime real estate in two beachfront neighborhoods, North and South. The rentals have coastal decor and are nicely appointed with everything you need for a fun beach vacation.
The communities offer direct beach access via a boardwalk for pedestrians and golf carts.
Rentals, including cottages, condominiums, and houses at Cinnamon Shore, can accommodate all group sizes.
In addition, visitors can access amenities such as live music events, on-site restaurants, bars, swimming pools, golf cart rentals, beach chair rentals, private lakes for fishing, a Pirate playground, and so much more.
Although a bit further from town, in a sense, the Cinnamon Shore community has created its own town.
For a one-bedroom, one-bath property in Cinnamon Shore, I recommend Edgewater Escape.
The views from this beautifully decorated property are outstanding.
If you visit Port A with a large family, I recommend The Sunset Regatta.

Palmilla Beach
Palmilla Beach is another popular luxury beach community. The neighborhood amenities include a boardwalk to the beach, a large pool, and a golf course with an on-site restaurant and bar.
Palmilla has live music events during the summer and offers guests perks like chairs and umbrellas reserved and set up on the beach.
Paradise Found at Palmilla
I recommend staying at Paradise Found at Palmilla. It sleeps ten people in three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The Playstation attached to the 70″ television and the close proximity to the beach and pool will delight families with children.

Driftwood Cottage is a three-story home in the Palmilla Beach community.
It is a great vacation rental in Port Aransas for multiple families.
